The strategy stage is when the “HOW” is answered. We have been asking “WHY”, “WHO”, and “WHAT” in the previous sections, all in preparation for how we will do this.
As we strategize, we will be mapping out the future state workflow, identifying the functions and features needed for our minimum viable product (MVP).
At the end, we will be ready to scope the future of the project, define a product roadmap, and begin scheduling the work to be done.
We are going to be setting ourselves up for success by providing clarity around our product and any potential handoffs to designers and developers. The most important of all the stages as this is when the product begins to take form.
